- Yes, our meat is Halal-certified and sourced from trusted farms. Every cut is handled hygienically, cold-chain maintained, and packed securely to preserve freshness.
- Because meat is perishable, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if you receive an incorrect item, damaged packaging, or have a legitimate quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you (replacement or credit).
- On arrival, store chilled meat at or below 5 °C and consume it within a short time (e.g., mince within 2-3 days, larger cuts within 4-5 days) or freeze it if you won’t use it immediately (–18 °C).
- We accept credit/debit cards (processed via secure payment gateways), cash on delivery and bank transfer on request. Your card details are not stored on our servers, and payments are handled securely.
